Work Plan (Plan). 1. The Service and CSKT will work jointly to develop and establish a mutually agreed- upon Plan, to be amended as necessary to reflect current needs, priorities and available resources. The Plan shall include Activities to be performed taking into account the resources which the Service is providing CSKT. The Refuge Manager will order, or memorialize in writing within a reasonable amount of time, any significant change or reduction in CSKT duties under the Plan. The Refuge Manager shall prioritize Plan activities according to available resources.
