Common use of Work Plan Format Clause in Contracts

Work Plan Format. The DP shall prepare a written draft Work Plan. City will provide the format and a guideline for the information to be included in the Work Plan. The Work Plan for the project includes, at a minimum the following: a. A summary of dedicated key team members roles and responsibilities, including all field crew leaders and contact information. b. A summary of the project's scope of services. c. A listing and a map of sewer line segments recommended for exclusion from the project. d. Detailed cost-loaded schedule for performance of all work. The cost-loaded schedule shall indicate the planned value of work to be invoiced on a monthly basis through project completion. e. Define any issues requiring special coordination with City and/or adjacent City projects.

The Work Plan for the project includes, at a minimum the following: a. A summary of dedicated key team members roles and responsibilities, including all field crew leaders and contact information. b.
