WORK PERFORMED BY MANAGEMENT Sample Clauses
The "Work Performed by Management" clause defines the scope and authority of management personnel to carry out specific tasks or responsibilities under an agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies which duties are to be executed directly by management, such as overseeing operations, making executive decisions, or supervising staff, rather than being delegated to other employees or third parties. By delineating these responsibilities, the clause ensures accountability and clear lines of authority, helping to prevent misunderstandings about who is responsible for key aspects of performance under the contract.
