Work Product: any works of authorship, program listings, tools, documentation, reports, specifications, implementations, drawings, Work Papers, Deliverables and similar works created by or on behalf of Hitachi pursuant to the supply of Services. You: the entity to whom Hitachi provides the services on these WMS Terms.
