Work Order Request. To initiate Work, the County shall issue a Work Order request to ConsultantName. The Work Order request shall include the following elements: a. Scope of Work; b. Preliminary schedule, including milestones; c. Potential deliverables; and d. Compensation type (Cost Plus Fixed Fee or Lump Sum).

RH Provider’s response time in connection with such a request shall be measured from the time RH Provider receives the Licensee request with the necessary information (including a fully-executed work order) until a representative of RH Provider commences the relevant work.
