Work Order Reporting. Upon resolution of the customer complaint, Contractor will close the work order and resubmit it to the City. The closed work order will include (A) Contractor's determination as to legitimacy of the complaint, (B) the date, time and action taken to resolve complaint and (C) the name of responsible contact at Contractor's location regarding the complaint.
