Common use of Work Made for Hire Clause in Contracts

Work Made for Hire. Any work performed by the Executive under this Agreement should be considered a “Work Made for Hire” as the phrase is defined by the U.S. patent laws and shall be owned by and for the express benefit of Corporation, Bank and their subsidiaries and affiliates. In the event it should be established that such work does not qualify as a Work Made for Hire, the Executive agrees to and does hereby assign to Corporation, Bank, and their affiliates and subsidiaries, all of his rights, title, and/or interest in such work product, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and propriety rights.

Work Made for Hire. Any work performed by the Executive under this Agreement should be considered a “Work Made for Hire” as the phrase is defined by the U.S. patent laws Copyright Act of 1976 and shall be owned by and for the express benefit of Corporation, the Bank and their subsidiaries its affiliates and affiliatessubsidiaries. In the event it should be established that such work does not qualify as a Work Made for Hire, the Executive agrees to and does hereby assign to Corporation, the Bank, and their its affiliates and subsidiaries, all of his rights, title, and/or interest in such work product, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and propriety rights.

In the event it should be established that such work does not qualify as a Work Made for Hire, the Executive agrees to and does hereby assign to Corporation, Bankthe Holding Company, and their its affiliates and subsidiaries, all of his rights, title, and/or interest in such work product, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and propriety rights.

Any work performed by the Executive under this Agreement should be considered a “Work Made work made for Hirehire” (as defined in the phrase is defined by the U.S. patent laws Copyright Act of 1976 (17 U.S.C. § 101)), and shall be owned by and for the express benefit of Corporation, Bank Victory and their its subsidiaries and affiliates. In the event it should be established that such work does not qualify as a Work Made work made for Hirehire, the Executive agrees to and does hereby assign to Corporation, Bank, Victory and their its affiliates and subsidiaries, all of his rights, title, and/or interest in such work product, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and propriety proprietary rights.

Work Made for Hire. Any work performed by the Executive under this Agreement should be is considered a “Work Made for Hire” as the phrase is defined by the U.S. patent laws Copyright Act of 1976 and shall be owned by and for the express benefit of Corporation, Bank and their its subsidiaries and affiliates, without license to or other ability for use by the Executive. In the event it should be is established that such work does not qualify as a Work Made for Hire, the Executive agrees to and does hereby irrevocably assign to Corporation, Bank, and their its affiliates and subsidiaries, all of his rights, title, and/or interest in such work product, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and propriety proprietary rights.

Any work performed by the Executive under this Agreement should be considered a “Work Made for Hire” as the phrase is defined by the U.S. patent laws and shall be owned by and for the express benefit of Corporation, the Bank and Corporation and their subsidiaries and affiliates. In the event it should be established that such work does not qualify as a Work Made for Hire, the Executive agrees to and does hereby assign to Bank and Corporation, Bank, and their affiliates and subsidiaries, all of his rights, title, and/or interest in such work product, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and propriety rights.
