Work Log. The Contractor will run a daily written log recording the performance of the Works at the Site, including log of Personnel working that day and work hours, materials used and their quantity, weather conditions and any event out of the ordinary which may occur on the Site during performance of the Works or otherwise and all Support Services including each Defect, nature of Defect, response, workaround and resolution times, Personnel involved and any further details required by Company. The Support Services work log shall be provided to Company within 7 days as of a Company's service call in addition to all other reports required.
Work Log. 17.1 In the course of performing any of the Works the Contractor shall keep a work log (the "Work Log") and shall make a daily entry in it of details regarding the number of employees and equipment present on the Site, progress of Works during that day, instructions given to the Contractor, comments as to the course of performing the Works, or anything else which, in the Contractor's opinion, may reflect the factual situation in the course of performing the Works.
17.2 At the end of each workday, the Work Manager shall sign the Work Log. The Operations Supervisor may make entries in the Work Log of any instructions given to the Contractor, any focused safety instructions at any specific stage of the Works and comments as to the course of performing the Works, or anything else which, in the Operations Supervisor's opinion, may reflect the factual situation in the course of performing the Works as well as his reservations, if any, as to the details recorded.
Work Log. Since commencement and until the completion of the Work, the Contractor shall keep the Work Log in Russian as per form КС-6 in accordance with RD-11-05-2007 “The Procedure of keeping a general and/or special log of work completion in construction, rebuilding and overhaul of capital construction projects”. Each entry in the Work Log shall be signed by the Contractor and the Customer’s representative. The Contractor shall proceed to the Work only after getting the Customer’s approval entered into the Work Log. The permits shall be issued by the Customer or the Customer's Construction Supervision Service following the results of verification and drawing-up of the Report on the Checkup of the Contractor’s Readiness to Perform the Work. The Report on the Readiness to Perform the Work hereunder shall be made not later than three (3) working days prior to the commencement of the Work. If the Customer is not satisfied with progress and quality of the Work, any Materials used or Contractor’s records, the Customer may state its reasonable opinion in the Work Log and set a period to cure any deviations committed. The Contractor shall follow the instructions of the Customer’s representative within the period specified, and the Contractor shall make a respective checkoff entry in the Work Log. At the written request of the Customer, the Contractor shall provide additional data on the progress of the Work, including the availability of technical and human resources at the Facility, the availability of material and technical resources and other data relevant to the Work to be performed the Contractor. The Customer has the right to ask the Contractor to provide the following information within the established timeframe: photographs and detailed descriptions of the Work progress, including each stage of procurement, production, delivery to the construction site, erection and installation; comparison between the actual and planned Work progress; information on any problems that could jeopardize the completion of construction under the Contract, and measures taken (or supposed) to address these problems.
