Work in Elevated Positions. The Contractor must ensure that persons working in elevated position work safely from a ladder, scaffolding or from a suspended platform. All employees working on heights will be required to undergo medical examinations every 12 months and be declared fit to work in such an environment. The Contractor must ensure that the employees working at heights are in possession of a medical certificate of fitness.
