Common use of Work for the Xxxx Payments Clause in Contracts

Work for the Xxxx Payments. The Provider is solely responsible for all costs of meeting its obligations under this clause 487 and must pay all Work for the Xxxx Payments associated with the claiming, and placement of a Participant in, a Work for the Xxxx Place directly to the relevant Activity Host Organisation or Employment Service Provider in accordance with any Guidelines. The Department is not required to pay any fee or other payment to the Provider as a consequence of the Provider claiming or placing a Participant in a Work for the Xxxx Place in accordance with this clause 487. Transport If required under an Activity Host Organisation Agreement to provide transport for Participants, the Provider must do so in accordance with any Guidelines.
