Common use of Work Fee Clause in Contracts

Work Fee. The Parent Borrower shall have paid to the Administrative Agent, for the account of each Consenting Lender, a work fee in the amount of $20,000 for each Consenting Lender that executes and delivers a counterpart of this Amendment on or before 4:00 pm Eastern time on the Effective Date.
