Common use of Work Experience Programmes Clause in Contracts

Work Experience Programmes. ‌ It is agreed that in the event the Employer institutes a work experience programme the Employer must first receive permission from the Union in each and every instance. This programme shall not exceed 45 days. Failure on the part of the Employer to receive such permission from the Union there shall be no work experience programme.
