Common use of Work Described Clause in Contracts

Work Described. The Contractor shall furnish all the labor, materials and equipment, required by the plans, specifications and as directed by the Engineer for the performance of the Work. Any labor, materials and equipment that have been omitted in the description of the Work, but that are necessary or proper for the completion of the Work, shall be furnished by the Contractor at its sole cost and expense.
