Work Deadlines Sample Clauses

The Work Deadlines clause establishes specific timeframes within which certain tasks or deliverables must be completed under an agreement. It typically outlines key dates for milestones, final submissions, or phases of a project, and may specify consequences for missing these deadlines, such as penalties or the right to terminate the contract. This clause ensures that all parties are aware of their time commitments, promotes accountability, and helps prevent delays by clearly defining expectations for timely performance.
Work Deadlines. The target dates for performance by the applicable party of the steps listed in the Estimated Construction Schedules for the respective Buildings attached as Exhibit D to the Lease.
