Work Cycle. The work cycle shall be a three (3) Platoon A, B, C shift, averaging fifty-six (56) hours per week, where employees work two consecutive 24-hour shifts for a total of 48 hours, followed by four consecutive 24- hour shifts off for a total of 96 hours. (Commonly known as a “48-96 – Hour Work Schedule”), repeating thereafter per the chart below (x = work day; O = day off):
