Common use of Work Commencement Clause in Contracts

Work Commencement. The regular workday for all employees covered by this Agreement shall begin when they report to work as directed by the Employer at the designated Borough Ferry Terminal, and shall end when they are released from that location. Employees shall be responsible for their personal transportation costs in reporting to the designated Borough Ferry Terminal. If an employee completes work at another terminal, the Employer will provide transportation to return to the designated Borough Ferry Terminal.
