Common use of Work Change Directive Clause in Contracts

Work Change Directive. A written change in the Work, ordered by the Director, that is within the general scope of the ▇▇▇▇ Contract and consisting of additions, deletions, or other revisions. A Work Change Directive will state proposed basis for adjustment, if any, in Contract Price or Contract Time, or both. Pursuant to Section 3.3.1.1 of the Agreement, the tables on the following pages represent the classifications and direct salary rates of personnel the Design Consultant anticipates will be directly engaged on the Project.
