Work and Safety Program. You will have a work and safety program and rules for the Work. You shall enforce Your work and safety requirements for all Work performed on the work site. You will ensure that all Your personnel receive, read and sign a copy of the work and safety rules. You shall retain proof of compliance for Owner’s inspection upon request. You will designate a safety contact person for all matters concerning Your work and safety programs.
