Work Agreement. If Users decide to enter into a Work Agreement, the Work Agreement is a contractual relationship directly between the SERVICE USER AND SERVICE PROVIDER. Both parties have complete discretion with regard to whether to enter into a Work Agreement with each other and with regard to the terms of any Work Agreement. You acknowledge, agree, and understand that Pinion is not a party to any Work Agreement, that the formation of a Work Agreement between Users will not, under any circumstance, create an employment, partnership, joint venture or other service relationship between Pinion and Users.
