WMG Clause Samples
The WMG clause, often referring to a "Waiver, Modification, and Governing Law" provision, defines how changes to the agreement can be made and specifies the legal jurisdiction that will govern the contract. Typically, this clause requires that any amendments or waivers to the contract must be made in writing and agreed upon by all parties, and it designates a specific state or country's laws to interpret the agreement. By establishing clear procedures for modifications and identifying the applicable law, the WMG clause helps prevent disputes over informal changes and ensures that all parties understand the legal framework governing their relationship.
