Common use of Without Reason Clause in Contracts

Without Reason. (a) This Agreement may be terminated by you or Aussie without reason upon the giving of not less than 20 Business Days’ written notice. (b) If either party terminates this Agreement pursuant to clause 18.1(a), Aussie may, at its discretion and subject to the UCT Qualification, pay you the equivalent amount of the Fees for your Service payable by Aussie to you during the notice period in lieu of any notice period relating to termination of this Agreement under clause 18.1.
