Common use of Without Mediation Clause in Contracts

Without Mediation. The division head shall convene a meeting within ten (10) business days after receipt of the grievance between the aggrieved employee, Shop Xxxxxxx and/or Union Representative, together with the division head, section manager, and departmental labor relations officer. The City Director of Labor Relations or designee may attend said meeting. Within ten (10) business days after the meeting, the division head shall forward a reply to the Union.
