Without limiting Xplor Sample Clauses

Without limiting Xplor s other rights or remedies, Xplor reserves the right to suspend access to the Solution without liability if at any time Xplor knows or reasonably suspects that Client and/or any Permitted User is in breach of the Acceptable Usage Policy and/or any other term(s) of this Agreement. Client will remain liable for the Fees during any period of suspension of its access under this Clause.
