Without limiting Contractor. s indemnification of the County, Contractor shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Agreement, insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to property that may arise from, or be in connection with, the performance of the work hereunder by Contractor, Contractor’s agents, representatives, employees, and subcontractors.
