Without Disclosure. All parties understand that the Seller’s Disclosure Statement was not available at the time this offer was written. Seller shall provide Purchaser with a Seller’s Disclosure with Seller’s acceptance of this offer. Pursuant to Public Act 92 of 1993, Purchaser will have 72 hours after hand-delivery of the statement (or 120 hours after delivery by Registered Mail) to terminate this contract by delivery of a written notice to Seller or Seller’s Agent.
