Without Consent of Holders of Securities. Notwithstanding Section 9.02 of this Indenture, without the consent of any Holder of any Securities of any Series, the Company, when authorized by a resolution of its Board of Directors, each Guarantor, when authorized by a resolution of its Board of Directors, and the Trustee for the Securities of any and all Series may, from time to time and at any time, enter into an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto (which shall conform to the provisions of the TIA), in form satisfactory to such Trustee, for one or more of the following purposes:
