Within tolerance variations. If the Delivery Variance at the Receipt Point or the Delivery Point (as the case may be) is equal to or less than the tolerance threshold (if any) specified in the Contract Document then the parties will be taken to have complied with their respective obligations with respect to delivery and receipt at the Receipt Point or the Delivery Point (as applicable).
