Within Threshold Sample Clauses
The "Within Threshold" clause sets a specific limit or range within which certain actions, obligations, or liabilities are permitted or considered acceptable under the agreement. In practice, this clause might apply to financial variances, performance metrics, or allowable deviations, such as permitting minor cost overruns or delivery delays as long as they do not exceed a predefined threshold. Its core function is to provide flexibility and prevent minor breaches or variations from triggering penalties or contract termination, thereby ensuring smoother contract performance and reducing the risk of disputes over insignificant issues.
Within Threshold. If the increase, decrease or change from the Baseline is within the Threshold Limits for the specific Service in question, then PwCES shall increase or decrease the Charges for that Service by the Incremental Charge or Incremental Credit, as the case may be, as specified in Exhibit 1, or in an appropriate Change Order.
