Common use of Withholding of Grant Funds Clause in Contracts

Withholding of Grant Funds. City may withhold all or any portion of Grant Funds not yet disbursed hereunder, regardless of whether Xxxxxxx has previously submitted a Funding Request or whether City has approved the disbursement of the Grant Funds requested in any Funding Request. Any Grant Funds withheld pursuant to this Section and subsequently disbursed to Grantee after cure of applicable Events of Default, if granted by the City in its sole discretion, shall be disbursed without interest.

Any Grant Funds withheld pursuant to this Section and subsequently disbursed to Grantee WALNUT CREEK after cure of applicable Events of Default, if granted by the City in its sole discretion, Default shall be disbursed without interest.
