Withhold Tax. If applicable laws and regulations require withholding of income or other taxes imposed upon any payments made by Boyalife to Nuo under this Agreement, Boyalife shall make such withholding payments as may be required and shall subtract such withholding payments from such payments. Boyalife shall submit appropriate proof of payment of the withholding taxes to Nuo within a reasonable period of time. Boyalife shall render Nuo reasonable assistance in order to allow Nuo to obtain the benefit of any present or future treaty against double taxation which may apply to such payments.
