Common use of Withdrawals from Trust Accounts Clause in Contracts

Withdrawals from Trust Accounts. Amounts credited to the Trust Accounts on any Distribution Date shall be withdrawn by the Trustee for application towards the distributions required hereby. In the event that amounts shall remain in the Certificate Account on the final Distribution Date with respect to the Lower Tier Classes following distribution of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for such month, such amounts may be withdrawn by the Trustee and applied as compensation to Xxxxxx Xxx for its administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Mae for any advance by it pursuant to such guaranty obligations under Sections 2.04 and 3.05 hereof. Any amount so withdrawn shall no longer be a part of the Lower Tier REMIC. In the event that amounts shall remain in Certificate Account in any month following the distribution of the Certificate Distribution Amount for such month, such amounts may be withdrawn by the Trustee and applied as compensation to Xxxxxx Xxx for its administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Mae for any advance by it pursuant to such guaranty obligations under Section 3.05 hereof. Any amount so withdrawn shall no longer be part of the Trust Fund.
