Withdrawals from Other Contributions. Except as otherwise restricted under Section 3.3, withdrawals of amounts consisting of rollovers or transfers (and any earnings or investment growth) may be made from the Account at the Employee’s election (subject to the minimum distribution or other applicable requirements of this Agreement).
