Common use of Withdrawals from Accounts Clause in Contracts

Withdrawals from Accounts. Amounts credited to the Trust Account on any Distribution Date shall be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Xxx for application towards the distribution required hereby. In the event that amounts shall remain in the Trust Account on any Distribution Date following distributions of (i) the Interest Distribution Amount for each Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date (ii) the Principal Distribution Amount for each Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date and (iii) any Guaranty Payment for each Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date, such amounts may be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Mae as compensation for its administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Xxx for any advance by it pursuant to such guaranty obligations under Section 3.02 hereof. Any amount so withdrawn shall no longer be a part of the Trust Fund.

Amounts credited to the Certificate Account and the Trust Account on any Distribution Date shall be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Xxx for application towards the distribution distributions required hereby. In the event that amounts shall remain in the Trust Certificate Account on any Distribution Date (other than, in the case of any Redemption Distribution Date, any amount by which the Redemption Amount is in excess of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount) following distributions distribution of (i) the Interest Lower Tier Distribution Amount for each Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date (ii) the Principal Distribution Amount for each Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date and (iii) any Guaranty Payment for each Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date, such amounts may be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Mae as compensation for its administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Xxx for any advance by it pursuant to such guaranty obligations under Section 3.02 Sections 2.03 and 3.05 hereof. Any amount so withdrawn shall no longer be a part of the Trust FundLower Tier REMIC.
