Withdrawals, etc. Without the prior written consent of Lender, Pledgor will not (a) assign, transfer, dispose of, pledge or grant or permit a Lien to exist on, the Collateral or (b) withdraw any moneys or funds on deposit pursuant to the Cash Collateral Account, including, but not limited to, the Deposit.
