WITHDRAWALS BY THE CEDING COMPANY. The Ceding Company may withdraw the assets held in the Trust Account only in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement. The amount of any withdrawal from the Trust Account in excess of amounts permitted under the terms of the Trust Agreement shall be deemed maintained in a constructive trust for the benefit of the Reinsurer and promptly returned to the Reinsurer.
