Withdraw from Contract Clause Samples
The 'Withdraw from Contract' clause defines the conditions under which a party may unilaterally exit or terminate the agreement before its natural expiration. Typically, this clause outlines the required notice period, any penalties or fees for early withdrawal, and the specific circumstances that justify such action, such as breach of contract or failure to meet obligations. Its core practical function is to provide a clear, agreed-upon process for ending the contractual relationship, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes if one party needs to withdraw.
