With respect to an occurrence involving a vehicle, there is disabling damage to a vehicle as a result of the occurrence and the vehicle needs to be transported away from the scene by a tow truck or driven to a garage for repair before being returned to service; or
With respect to an existing Shareholder or a new Shareholder that may become party to this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.5 (New Shareholders), the Board may with Qualified Majority waive any obligation of such Shareholder under this Section 6.3. The breach may always be fixed within 30 days until it is regarded as material breach. Remedy of Material Breach may also include liquidated damage, however, liquidated damages have not been included in this Agreement template.
