With Laws. The Private Party shall comply with the Laws applicable to it and the Project in all respects and shall obtain all Consents that are required in respect of it and all and any aspects or parts of the Project, in accordance with Laws. The Private Party shall be responsible for: obtaining all Consents [(other than those listed in Schedule 7)] which may be required in connection with the performance of the Project Deliverables; maintaining in full force and effect all Consents [(including those listed in Schedule 7)]; and implementing all Consents [(including those listed in Schedule 7)] in accordance with their respective terms within the period of their validity.
