With Laws. At its own expense, Equifax Secure will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the performance of the Authentication Services. At its own expense, Client will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use and receipt of the Authentication Services. Client acknowledges and agrees that in order to comply with certain state and federal laws and regulations that Client (i) must obtain the User's consent prior to Equifax Secure gaining access to the User's consumer report and (ii) comply in all respects to the requirements of a user of consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
