Common use of With Consent Clause in Contracts

With Consent. Kxcept as provided in Section 8.0S(c) of this Agreement, with respect to any RKMIC Pool or MACR Pool formed pursuant to the terms hereof, any provision of this Agreement may be amended by Xxxxxxx Mac with the written consent of the Holders representing not less than S0 percent of the then outstanding principal amount of each Class affected by such amendment.
