With Applicable Laws. Seller warrants that in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, it has complied with or will comply with Chapters 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and the regulations of the U.S. Department of Labor issued thereunder, and all other applicable statutes and government rules, regulation and orders. The provision entitled "Equal Opportunity" set forth in FAR 52.222-26 is incorporated herein by this reference, except that "Contractor" means Seller. Upon request, Seller shall submit certification that it performed its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the foregoing warranty.
