Common use of Wireless Devices Clause in Contracts

Wireless Devices. Tenant shall not install any wireless devices and/or transmitters on or about the Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord and subject to any and all conditions in such consent. Tenant specifically grants to Landlord the power to regulate and control the use of unlicensed frequency bands (including, but not limited to, FCC Part 15 Subpart C, FCC Part 15 Subpart D (both asynchronous and Isochronous), IEEE 802.11 and BlueTooth (ISM), and FCC UNII 1 and UNII 2 (IEEE 802.11a)) on or about the Premises.
