Common use of Wireless Devices Clause in Contracts

Wireless Devices. Lessee shall not install any wireless devices and/or transmitters on or about the Premises without the prior written consent of the Port and subject to any and all conditions in such consent. Lessee specifically grants to the Port the power to regulate and control the use of unlicensed frequency bands (including, but not limited to, FCC Part 15 Subpart C, FCC Part 15 Subpart D (both asynchronous and Isochronous), IEEE 802.11 and BlueTooth (ISM), and FCC UNII 1 and UNII 2 (IEEE 802.11a)) on or about the Premises.

Lessee specifically grants to the Port the power to regulate and control the use of unlicensed frequency bands (including, but not limited to, FCC Part 15 Subpart C, FCC Part 15 Subpart D (both asynchronous and Isochronous), IEEE 802.11 and BlueTooth (ISM), and FCC UNII 1 and UNII 2 (IEEE 802.11a)) on or about the PremisesProperty. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessee may maintain and upgrade the existing WiFi Internet access service that Lessee has installed for the personal use of its members and renters without obtaining the Port’s prior written consent.

Lessee specifically grants to the Port the power to regulate and control the use of unlicensed frequency bands (including, but not limited to, FCC Part 15 Subpart C, FCC Part 15 Subpart D (both asynchronous and Isochronous), IEEE 802.11 and BlueTooth (ISM), and FCC UNII 1 and UNII 2 (IEEE 802.11a)) on or about the Premises.
