WIRE TRANSFER AGREEMENT. You agree to these terms whenever You ask for a wire transfer of funds (Wire Transfer) from Your Account with Us. We are not obligated to make a Wire Transfer for You. Wire Transfers made primarily for personal, family or household purposes by a consumer (a natural person, as opposed to a corporation, etc.) in the United States to a recipient at a location in a foreign country (Remittance Transfer) are subject to special rules that override Our general Wire Transfer rules.
