WIOA Clause Samples
The WIOA clause refers to provisions related to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, a federal law that governs workforce development programs. This clause typically outlines requirements for compliance with WIOA regulations, such as nondiscrimination, reporting, and eligibility standards for participants in federally funded job training or employment services. For example, it may require contractors or service providers to ensure equal access to training programs and to maintain records for federal audits. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties involved in workforce development activities adhere to federal standards, promoting fairness, accountability, and effective use of public funds.
