Winterizing. Tenant agrees to take appropriate winterizing precautions to help ensure that the plumbing on the Premises does not freeze. Tenant agrees that the heat within the Premises shall not be turned below sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit and that electricity and water will remain on and in Tenant’s name throughout the term of this Lease. Tenant’s failure to take appropriate winterizing precautions could result in Tenant being assessed charges associated with any maintenance, repair or replacement necessitated by such failure.
Winterizing. The County shall perform any needed off-season winterizing of plumbing fixtures. If weather conditions necessitate winterizing during the term of this Agreement, the County will notify the User in writing as soon as possible.
Winterizing. DO NOT disconnect heat/air, include having power turned off, during any time. Tenant shall be responsible for any damage to said premises or adjoining premises due to lack of adequate heat or cooling.
Winterizing. Lessee(s) agree to take winterizing precautions during cold weather, to prevent freezing. This includes maintaining heat in the premises at a minimum setting of 60 degrees from November to March. Failure to take such precautions will be the responsibility of Lessee(s) and Lessee(s) will be charged for any resulting damage, service calls or other costs. Lessor checks all properties during the IU Winter Break to confirm heat is on and working.

Winterizing. We will winterize your trailer for a fee at the end of the season. For those who would like Us to winterize your trailer, you must notify Us at the time of leaving your deposit. Once the season ends, We will begin to winterize the trailers. We are not responsible for those trailers who have not signed up for winterizing. We strongly suggest your trailer is winterized, as a frost could cause damage to plumbing in the trailer. You may not pay anyone to winterize your trailer besides Us. WINTER SEASON – Our campground will be closed from November 1 to May 1. Our electricity and water will be turned off during these months. If you wish to check on your trailer during this time, please refer to WINTER VISITS. WINTER STORAGE – Winter storage fees apply whenever any personal property is left on your site for the winter season, even if the trailer is removed. The fee for winter storage is $200.00 ($210.00 for non-seasonals) and must be paid with your first site deposit on or before October 15. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ VISITS – You are welcome to stop by during the winter season to check on their trailer. Advance notice is needed because our roads will be blocked off during the winter. In some cases, you may need to park your car at one of the road blocks to walk to your site. It is favored that all maintenance/repairs/winterization to be completed by Timber Marine services LLC Owner’s scheduling winter services and who have requested an early delivery/pick up date, will receive appropriate consideration and preference. Actual delivery/pick up dates will be dependent upon spring weather, physical location of boat and previously scheduled services with Timber Marine Services, LLC.
