Winter Control. The City shall assume the responsibility and cost of snow and ice removal from the parking lot and sidewalks and other access facilities serving the Premises, in accordance with regulatory minimum maintenance standards, and the policies and procedures of the City to the standard required for similar properties owned or operated by the City.
