WinStar Acceptance and Testing Clause Samples

The WinStar Acceptance and Testing clause establishes the procedures and criteria for evaluating and approving deliverables provided under the agreement. It typically outlines the process by which the client will review, test, and either accept or reject the work, often specifying timeframes for testing and the steps to be taken if issues are found. This clause ensures that deliverables meet agreed-upon standards before final acceptance, thereby protecting the client from substandard work and providing a clear mechanism for resolving defects or deficiencies.
