Windscreen. The Company will indemnify accidental breakage of glass in the windscreen or windows, and/or scratching of bodywork resulting solely and directly from such breakage. Payment under this Section will not affect the allowance of No Claim Discount providing that the payment does not exceed 650 Euros.

Windscreen. You are liable for any damage to the windscreen while the van is on hire to you. Please report any chips to us as soon as you become aware of them and, if possible, arrange to repair them unless we agree that it can wait until you return the van to us. If the windscreen needs to be replaced on your hire, please discuss this with us and we can agree how best to deal with this.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Retrenchment At any time during an individual’s service, the individual may be subject to retrenchment in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Agreement. In such cases, the notice provisions and all other terms of that article shall apply, anything above to the contrary notwithstanding.

  • Feeder The fiber optic cable (lit or unlit) or metallic portion of a Loop between a serving End Office and a remote terminal or feeder/distribution interface.
