Wilstein Clause Samples

Wilstein. Wilstein shall contribute and convey or cause to be conveyed to Acquirer all of Wilstein's right, title and interest in the Property in exchange for OP Units and cash of Acquirer (the "Contribution") in the manner provided in that certain Contribution Agreement ("Contribution Agreement") attached hereto as Exhibit "K" and made a part hereof.
